  First off these employees are not licensed mechanics, second telling someone to tip you when you had to have the female vehicle owner do everything but put the battery in , is insane. You chose this job and no it does not guarantee a tip. You get 2 stars cause you had my battery in stock.

  Alberto was so helpful with recommendations for my coolant and oil. Will come here again 10/10 the service is so outstanding!!

  My friends and I didn’t know a lot about cars and Alberto was very helpful and showed us exactly what we needed. He gave good recommendations and was very nice and polite.

  I went to this location and wanted to buy a wiper blade for my Jeep back window. They said they were out of them, but they could order it in. I paid for it, and they said they would call when it came in. I got no call and went back a few weeks later. They had no memory of me ever having bought it, and I lost my receipt, so there was no solution. I bought it again because they had them in stock now. I said, "Can you put it in?" Noting the big sign on the outside of the store that said "We install wiper blades," the guy handed it back to me and said, "I don't know how to do that."
