  My friends and I didn’t know a lot about cars and Alberto was very helpful and showed us exactly what we needed. He gave good recommendations and was very nice and polite.

  I went to this location and wanted to buy a wiper blade for my Jeep back window. They said they were out of them, but they could order it in. I paid for it, and they said they would call when it came in. I got no call and went back a few weeks later. They had no memory of me ever having bought it, and I lost my receipt, so there was no solution. I bought it again because they had them in stock now. I said, "Can you put it in?" Noting the big sign on the outside of the store that said "We install wiper blades," the guy handed it back to me and said, "I don't know how to do that."

  This store is sometimes ok. Wednesday night though two middle aged gentlemen were working around store closing. I came to pick up an order of clearanced fram motor oil a bit before closing. The bald guy was nice and we were talking about fram oil being discontinued. I asked if they could show me what fram oil was left besides the 6 qts that I bought. They did not want to show me. Kept referencing Allison or someone who could help me in a couple days. But would not take the 30 seconds to show me the fram oil that was left. Said it was too close to closing and that I could come by the next morning or when Allison was back. This was bad customer service and ive worked in service industries for 30 years. They had quite a few chances to do the right thing by a customer but were stubborn and unwilling to. Not a good look.
