I can't recommend this cricket store enough. The manager, Matthew helped me for hours trying to fix a complicated cell phone porting issue. He went out of his way and went above and beyond!! Excellence service

Usually have a good experience when coming to the Norristown Cricket store but after getting a new phone here last week it constantly “froze up“,I checked the hours of operation to confirm that they’d be open when I arrived there (since no one ever answers the phone), Then when I do arrive there’s a “Be back in 20 min.” note taped to the inside of the door…Well 2 hrs. later the note is still there and the door is locked. Total waste of Gas, Time & $! If you’re going to be away longer than the noted time someone should at the very least update the note or website. Hopefully they get it together soon or I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

What can I say? My son lost his phone and he needed a new one. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the deets about each phone my son picked out. He even had me considering the new Samsung S10 & thats not even out yet. Needless to say we got a nice device for a good price. Hopefully we don't need a replacement phone anytime soon but we will go back there since the service was so good.
