  Marcus at Advance Auto Parts⁠ was incredibly helpful when I came in with car battery issues. He took the time to try charging my battery and then offered to put it on a machine in the store for about 90 minutes to see if it could be saved. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help me find the best solution. I originally thought charging it would work, but after talking with my husband, I decided to purchase a new battery instead. His kindness and willingness to help really made a stressful situation easier and helped make my day better. I truly appreciated his honesty and great customer service. Thank you, Marcus!

  Walked in was immediately asked if they could help me with anything I needed a new battery since I had to jump my car the last 2 days sam she’s the store manager went out checked the battery said it was bad and I needed to get a new one she explained every battery that she had for my car warranty and all I choose the battery I wanted. She offered to install it for me and she did. When she was finishing up she happened to see that my wiper blade was ripping off told me about it she helped me get new ones and even put them on my car. Wonderful kind woman. 10/10 recommend coming here.
