Went to their store to order a salad. Asked the worker KORBIN to chop up the tomatoes in my salad since he was already cutting up the chicken and cheese. I said "would you mind cutting up the tomatoes as well". He said "I mind". I said "you really won't cut up the tomatoes?" He said "I said I mind". He refused to do it for me. He had attitude and was very disrespectful. I'll never eat there again. Horrible customer service skills

Had to tell the staff 3 times what Hoagie I wanted. She kept forgetting. Then the folded and pressed the flatbread flat causing it to crack in half. She still made it on that bread. The next person put "too many" black olives on and the manager corrected her in front of me to told her " just leave them on now". So, the rest of my vegetables were minimal since she was already corrected once. Still hungry after eating it.

I went to subway today for the first time in over 6 years. They were very busy with mobil orders as well as walk ins. The manager and 2 accociates were working and all multi tasking fast to fulfill orders. They were baking fresh bread refilling the meats greeting every customer who walked in the door and thanking them as they left. Despite being swamped. All 3 of those men need a raise! They worked very well as a team! The accommodated my order as well as everyone else's to perfection 👌. Tip those guy's!! They are working very hard!

Place is a joke. Online orders take precedent over the customer in front of their face. Please make sure if you are going to dine here that you order online or else you will probably wait 20 mins for them to make your sub.
