Not sure what the person's name was that waited on us but i really didn't have very good customer service experience with this person. I went in to look at new phones was shown one phone, had music playing loudly in the store hard to hear and wasn't overly friendly. So needless to say I walked out in less than five minutes without a phone and I will go to another store to purchase a phone and will definitely not recommend this store.

This review is strictly for Tanner. What an incredible young man..He was patient, fun, knowledgeable, and after several weeks of dealing with other lousy locations in the Pittsburgh region, this guy deserves an award, promotion and a pay raise. I'd drive back wherever im living just to make sure I get Tanners expertise. Great demeanor, and attitude when I was at my wits end. Ty Tanner

Tanner and Paul helped me transfer everything, I'm a retired marine who's not the best with this stuff and I was helped from top to bottom. great store!

Zachary was a huge help. I live closer to the Hyde park store but for some reason I can never pay my bill in store. And before you say I can pay online, that’s true but I’m not obligated to do so. This cricket store always gets to the bottom of the problem and solves it. Great store!

My boyfriend and I went to upgrade his phone. Zack and his trainee helped us. They were so wonderful and made the process so easy and smooth. We will continue to use Cricket and recommend them to our friends and family.
