On February 11, 2026 around 5:00 PM, my wife and I visited this Subway location. We’ve been ordering the same sandwiches for years without any issue. I get a vegetable sub, and my wife orders a chicken bacon ranch with the meat and vegetables on the side. She only eats half at a time, and if everything is put directly on the sandwich, the second half becomes soggy and goes to waste.
This time, when we made the same request we’ve made many times before, we were rudely told that they “can’t do that.” There was no explanation and no attempt to offer an alternative solution. We would have gladly paid for a container if needed, but that option was never presented.
We decided to go to the Subway inside Walmart up the street instead. Unfortunately, that location had been called and told not to accommodate our request either.
We understand policies can change, but the way this was handled felt unprofessional and dismissive. As long-time customers, this was very disappointing.
