  Woman who waited on me on Monday around 1:30pm on 6/8/26 at 1001 Mt. Jackson Rd, New Castle PA 16102 was cleaning the equipment with a spray bottle of some type of cleaner and a rag when I walked over to order a sandwich for my grandson. She stopped cleaning and asked what I wanted to order, I ordered a foot long Italian hoagie. With the same clear plastic gloves that she was cleaning the equipment with, she walked over and grabbed a bun from the rack and put it on the prep counter. I looked at her in disbelief and asked her if she could put new gloves on. The woman gave me a dirty look and said that the cleaning solution wasn't harmful as she put the bun back on the rack with the dirty gloves still on and then took her gloves off and threw them into the garbage and put fresh ones on. She was a little arrogant as she continued my order and then said that it was just water in spray bottle. I said it didn't matter what it was and she should have changed her gloves anyway. She completed my order with an attitude. She was very unprofessional and it should be their policy to change gloves after cleaning.
