  Worst Subway in New Castle! Got bad service twice from this location. Once placed a mobile order. It said it would be ready to pick up in 20 minutes. I live close by and gave it about 15 minutes before I took off. Got there no customers, and my order wasn't even made. Should have learned my lesson. Visited today, and there was a family of 4 that was ordering. I was patiently waiting behind them noticing another employee going in and out of the office, into the kitchen, back to the office then back to the front where she just took the next family members order instead of the next customer. Apparently multitasking isn't taught at sandwich artist school!

  As my husband went inside to get our food today 08/03/26! The lady working forcefully shoved our food into his hands very rudely for no reason!

  This is the only Subway I’ll order from. Always fresh meat and produce. Spotless dining room. The workers are top notch, helpful and friendly… every single time!

  Don't order Online for pickup; they will put the veggies in the bread, and then then they will toast the meat, cheese, and veggies at the same time. My veggies( green pepper and Spinach) were burned( black). the taste of the burned veggies was not good.
