TL;DR - Need lower priced plans and great value in the ATT network? Get Cricket, and this location offers great service.
Working and living in the Mohawk Area Schools means Verizon coverage might be spotty, T-Mobile is definitely bad-to-non-existent, and while ATT offers a better coverage to the locations where I'm specifically in, their prices are high when compared to MVNOs operating in their cellular network.
I started with H2o Wireless because of their low price. However as the number of lines I needed grew - I'm up to five - I found their offers for multi-line plans lacking compared to Cricket. So I switched.
The great thing about Cricket is the number of physical locations available: a lot more than H2o! I now get a much better plan at Cricket for the same price I would've been paying at H2o, and the service is 100 times better because Ranjit "Kay" at this location is knowledgeable, cordial, and attentive. She knows her stuff, and is able to answer any question you have and solve any issues you may present.
Just as an example: yesterday (Jan 15, 2026) I forgot my wallet to pay for a line transfer. She was able to make a way for me to pay with Paypal via a link sent to my phone, instead of using the tap-to-pay my phone offered (which wasn't working).
