  Subway is consistent always the same food in every restaurant just the employees change and this location had awesome employees

  I ordered the Italian trio and there was little to no meat. It tasted like dressing, lettuce, and banana peppers. I will stick with Kennywood Subway because they have better sandwich makers.

  Stingy on food . Meal of the day is $6.99 when elsewhere its advertised as $4.99. Management is a joke. They only have one employee working at a time! Management changes prices whenever they want.

  I ordered a sub on my way home from a very long shift in the emergency room. When I arrived, the restaurant told me they did not receive my order. After verifying with them that it was the right location and showing my receipt, they refused to make my order. I asked to speak with the manager (Ramona) and was told the employee could not call her because she was in class. As a manager of the busiest emergency department in the city, it is unacceptable to not be available to your staff. The employee explained the situation on the phone after he agreed to call her and was profusely apologizing to Ramona while on the phone. After hanging up with Ramona, I apologized to the employee that a manager could speak to her employees in such a way that they had to apologize like that. He said he would make my order for me since I have proof, but that he couldn’t because Ramona watches them on the cameras. This location needs better management and Ramona needs FIRED - UNACCEPTABLE!!
