  I had a great experience with this store. Tamir and the team did a fabulous job helping us ship a very awkward, delicate, and large painting. They provided great customer service and careful packing services- I'd recommend them for any shipping need.

  I was greeted and helped by the owner . She was pleasant, the store was clean and my return was less than 5 minutes to achieve. I would highly recommend this UPS location.

  We went to this location to make a last minute copy of important paperwork that we had forgotten. The staff was very patient with us late on a Friday afternoon and provided recommendations on how best to transfer the files. We really appreciate their help and would highly recommend this UPS store!!

  The young man who help me was outstandingly kind. I wasn't sure what option to chose. He explained to me all three option without suggesting I needed to make up my mind quickly because Im holding up his line. I really appreciated that consideration. Also, he made sure to ask if I had AAA card, so he would be able to give me a discount. The young man seemed happy to be working for UPS. Good hire UPS. 👍🏾

  This 5-star review is strictly based on the service I received. I will write a follow up review post-delivery. I did what I thought was a good job with prepping a live plant to ship. Tamir Darwish, the Store Manager at the Mount Pocono PA location did an excellent job of making me fully aware of the risk to shipping the plant and the options I had in order to ensure a safer delivery. I described how I packaged the plant and he made a recommendation on how to better secure it and then went ahead and together [and with my ok] opened the box and secured the soil so that it wouldn't spill out in case the box did get turned upside down. I had taped "Live Plant. Please handle with Care" signs with up arrows all around the box but he went even further and added "Fragile" tape around the box. He was personable and engaged in conversation about the origin of the plant while we worked and still managed to have an eye and ear on other customer interactions providing support to them at the same time. If demonstrating excellent customer service for a team had a face, it would be Tamir's. He's an excellent reflection of great leadership and customer service.
