  We have had a mailbox at our local UPS Store for years, and Tamir and the entire team are wonderful. They know their customers so well that when they see my car pull up, they will often start gathering my packages before I even walk into the store. If I have a lot of packages or something particularly heavy, someone is always willing to help carry everything out and load it into my car. Since we don't receive USPS delivery at our home, having a dependable place for our mail and packages is especially important to us, and this team makes the process incredibly easy. What stands out most is the level of customer service. Everyone is consistently friendly, helpful, and patient. Even around the holidays when the store gets extremely busy and the lines can get long, they remain professional and kind to every customer. Tamir and the entire team do a terrific job, and it is clear that this store places a real emphasis on taking care of its customers. The personal attention they provide is something you don't find everywhere. We are very fortunate to have such a great UPS Store in our community. Highly recommend!

  Always great, friendly, professional customer service. I appreciate the stores helpfulness when looking at shipping options and always trying to provide any discounts where possible. Tamir runs a great store and after years of going here, I’ve never had any issues with the staff or services. Thank you, Tamir!

  The gentleman was very patient,kind,curious n very knowledgeable, helped me in anyway he could,I'm 64 n don't understand this new technology n he helped me with it n very patient n kind in doing so, I wish there were .ore like him, he is a saint!!!!!!
