  Went here today with car troubles on a 2000s ranger. The gentlemen at the counter said it was most likely something to do with the battery, it was not. We talked to another gentleman and he wasn’t giving us a straight answer and telling us many different things that could be wrong and didn’t help very much at all. After about an hour and a half or so we finally were able to get someone to get a code reader and tell us what was the actual problem and get it fixed. After the code reader was used we didn’t receive any help to fix it and fixed it ourselves from searching up the problem. Don’t recommend this place.

  It didn’t take long for this store to become just like every other store in the area!! Incompetent, lazy, and unorganized. The shelves are never stocked correctly and their inventory is always lacking. I was once able to find everything I needed but in the last 5 times I have been there I have walked out empty handed and frustrated. It’s a shame that it has become this way!!

  Kudos to the manager (Gabriel?) who replaced the battery out in the snow in the freezing cold. Not a simple job in this case as the acid had leaked. He saved us a lot of money and made us SAFER and that has earned him a 5 star review! I'll be buying my batteries here from here on in.

  I'm a big fan of Advance Auto Parts, but not all stores have good customer service. I'm a 1st time car owner so I panick over everything. During the freezing temperatures my car wouldn't start so i jumped my battery and ran over to Advance. The 1st employee I communicated with calmed my nerves down and explained things to me, but that 2nd employee made me feel as if he didnt want to help me. No greeting, no warmth to him just a rushed job. When I asked a question I felt I was bothering him. I won't be going back to this store anymore, I'll stick to the stores that are nicer and know how to talk 1st time car owners.
