  "Extremely disappointed with the service here." I walked into this Mt. Pocono location looking for a simple replacement part and was completely ignored by the staff. The employees seemed completely uninterested in helping me, tracking down an inventory item, or answering basic questions. I ended up leaving empty-handed and taking my business down the road instead. Save your time and avoid the bad attitude at this store.

  Went here today with car troubles on a 2000s ranger. The gentlemen at the counter said it was most likely something to do with the battery, it was not. We talked to another gentleman and he wasn’t giving us a straight answer and telling us many different things that could be wrong and didn’t help very much at all. After about an hour and a half or so we finally were able to get someone to get a code reader and tell us what was the actual problem and get it fixed. After the code reader was used we didn’t receive any help to fix it and fixed it ourselves from searching up the problem. Don’t recommend this place.

  It didn’t take long for this store to become just like every other store in the area!! Incompetent, lazy, and unorganized. The shelves are never stocked correctly and their inventory is always lacking. I was once able to find everything I needed but in the last 5 times I have been there I have walked out empty handed and frustrated. It’s a shame that it has become this way!!
