  I checked prior to returning to see if my mother's battery was still under warranty and it was. I returned with the car and left it running as I know the battery could not hold a charge. I went to a new employee and, I believe Mitchell was his name, walked her through the process. I did have to ask her if she was open, because she just stood there and offered no greeting; she's new. He came out, tested to see the alternator was working, confirmed the battery was kaput. After a scan of my license he fully explained the continuing remaining warranty. He replaced a somewhat difficult to install battery with ease in minutes and even cleaned the posts and terminals which were already spotless. He was very knowledgeable, professional, well spoken, highly presentable and most importantly efficient. I'd have to say concierge service. Mitchell's talents are an example of how others should be trained and follow. I rarely give 5 stars, but my experience could not have been better.
