    Went to drop off a return with a QR code and a older lady with short hair at the desk was Rude when I didn’t know exactly the weight of the box.learn how to do your job isn’t that the entire point of the scale it was probably like 4 pounds I wasn’t making a label so I don’t know why it mattered. never been asked the weight for a pre paid label when it’s exactly on the label. I did call corporate UPS to file a complaint against the employee because next time I’m not going to take no disrespect from someone who doesn’t know how to do their job.
