  Stopped by my nearest Cricket wireless store (Mount Joy) and the MOD/client support person, T. Mohammad, was SUPERB. So helpful and personable. Turns out all the phone needed was for him to restore the program which had 'crashed' on my flip top phone (I don't want or need an Android/smartphone). He also instructed me to turn off my phone for at least 10 minutes once a week (which I never did before). BIG THANK YOU to Mr. Mohammad.

  The manager and team were so pleasant to work with! I needed to upgrade my phone and they did it really quickly. Will definitely use the mount joy location in the future.
