  We made a purchase in the Mt Joy store for the first time. Tried to make a return a week later. We were informed by the Manager that the item was not returnable. We were not told when we purchased item that it could not be returned. The store manager then gave us a lecture on store policy posted all over the store and she could not do a return. We moved on to ask about military discount that we were unaware of when we purchased the item but we saw a sign on front door on 2nd visit. Manager once again could not give us the discount because we never mentioned military status on first visit. The better way for the manager to have handled was to express sorry that she could not return item. A Viet Nam Veteran shopped in Advanced Auto for first time and Manager could have at least taken discount off of the purchase price. It had nothing to do with the money it was her attitude towards us. Advanced Auto lost a new customer due to untrained Manager.

  I came from two hours away to purchase a car from Sals Auto Sales in Mt Joy, the man is a crook and covered the check engine light with a sticker. When I discovered the sticker and saw the check engine light I immediately drive to this store the employee was so helpful pulling the codes for me and writing them down. Thank You!
