    First time eating inside. They just need to clean the tables on the inside as I was cleaning them and they need to clean the floors. Food was good. They also need a garbage can on the outside for throwing trash. Had to throw my trash over the counter.

    Very disappointed with my experience at this Wingstop location. I accidentally placed a carryout order instead of delivery and immediately called the store 3 separate times to have it canceled before placing a new order. The employee first told me the manager wasn’t there, then later said he was “busy,” but continued assuring me the order WOULD be canceled and that I didn’t need to keep calling. Trusting what I was told, I placed a second order correctly for delivery. When it arrived, multiple items were missing from the bag. I called again and eventually the same “busy” manager got on the phone. Instead of taking accountability for the missing items, he told me to contact DoorDash, even though DoorDash only handles the delivery and not the preparation or packing of the food. He then told me to give him 10 minutes to process a refund for the missing items, hung up the phone, and I never received any refund or follow-up. On top of that, the original carryout order which totaled over $60, still appears to have never been canceled despite me calling multiple times about it. I never received the usual cancellation confirmation or refund email that normally comes when an order is canceled. The excuse later given was that they had “already made the food twice,” referring to the original carryout order that I was repeatedly assured WOULD be canceled. The entire situation was handled poorly from start to finish. Terrible communication, zero accountability, and awful customer service.

    I did have some issues but management resolved them for me. They worked with me to fix all the issues that happened. I'm very happy they did. Food is always good here. It's a small place but perfect for takeout or delivery.

    Do not EVER go to this place. They are RUDE, THEY DO NOT CUSTOMIZE your order, they give you cold, stale food, and the mess your order up all the time. Unfortunately the wings are good if they make them properly.

    Call in a order and told me to pick it up 5:30 got here and then told me to wait until 6:20 and then tells me that the order wasn't even in the system and it would take a whole another hour to make... terrible and lazy worker
