  I walk in and the cashier has a whole attitude like she don’t wanna take my order then I get my food and there’s barely any sauce on my chicken and they didn’t even give me my dipping sauce, plus the chicken is dry and the crust is hard

  Food was cold and bad and they forgot my ranch. They always forget stuff and the store is so dirty and it was so gross and hot in there. Do not go here! Other wing stops in Pittsburgh are so much better. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed.

  I'd avoid this Wingstop or double check your to go order every time. I ordered carry out from this location and half my order was missing. I live about 20 minutes away. When I called the restaurant to either give me a refund for half or give me the rest of my order they insisted I had the correct order then hung up on me. We were missing 10 wings, 3 order of fries and veggie's. I tried to call back and they sent me strait to voicemail. I was not being rude, I just wanted it fixed. My wife called back 10 minutes later from a different number and spoke to another person who said there were 2 orders with similar sounding names and they gave the other person half my order. They remade it and we picked it up. Mistakes happen and items can be missed, but you apologize and fix it. The management team is just about as rude as it gets and I'll never be back.

  First time eating inside. They just need to clean the tables on the inside as I was cleaning them and they need to clean the floors. Food was good. They also need a garbage can on the outside for throwing trash. Had to throw my trash over the counter.
