  Great customer service very friendly people and they helped me tremendously with my son’s graduation. Photos will always come back when I come to Pittsburgh when I need printing and other things done.

  Walking into UPS and seeing Linda Ziter and Cristin behind the counter is basically like watching the Avengers assemble in real life. Cristin is like Iron Man. Fast, smart, calm under pressure, probably running on pure caffeine and technology. She can print seventeen labels, answer the phone, and help three customers at once without even blinking. I’m pretty sure she sees packages in slow motion. But Linda Ziter? Linda is Thanos with all the Infinity Stones if Thanos used his powers for good. She walks into UPS and suddenly everything becomes balanced. The line disappears. The scanners start working. Lost packages find themselves. Somewhere in the distance, a FedEx employee starts crying and doesn’t know why. Together they operate like a perfectly coordinated superhero duo. One customer walks in with a box held together by duct tape, dental floss, and prayers, and Linda and Cristin handle it like they’re diffusing a bomb for the FBI. I once watched them clear a line so efficiently that I genuinely thought time had sped up. An old man walked in confused and left with tracking numbers, life advice, and probably lower blood pressure. Honestly if the Avengers needed to ship the Infinity Gauntlet overnight, they wouldn’t call SHIELD. They’d go straight to Linda and Cristin. Nick Fury wishes he had employees this good.

  Nomatter when I go in to the store, for something to return to Amazon, or copy something, fax, they have been so kind and helpful, I go out of my way to go to this ups store, I would give 10 🌟's if I could
