They denied a current coupon.So keep that in mind if you ever go in here. I don't understand why they don't take coupons here. I know it's lower margin, but hey, I drove out of my way to come to this place.Because I had a coupon. I will never go there again

Not today , i was here couple time the old woman she was insane , im not expecting at least wish , I ordered food , i came for pickup , she didn’t wish me hi or welcome or hello nothing ,(pickup) that , she give the food , when opened it she put cucumber in the sub , I asked respectfully that I think you put the cucumber in the sub , immediately her face changed like angry and she took receipt from my hands and verified . And she saying it cucumber eat nothing will happened , i ask her remake sub , but she says she will remove the cucumber ,I never seen this kind of customer service in my life

The older woman who's always there is absolutely amazing. She's kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. The food is always fantastic with her. That being said, I came in today for a foot long. There were 2 people ahead of me. The younger girl asked what I want, and I stated what I wanted. In between I'm trying to message a family member because a lot is happening in my personal life. She asked what cheese. I stated provolone or mozzarella. Either is fine. I'd like to add from the jump you could tell she didn't want to be there. I'm a person who cannot hide their face either. I figured she's just going through it, and we're allowed to have off days. She's making a sub, the older woman is behind her making one. I had no reason to assume she was making mine, as she's putting I think shredded cheddar on it. I'm standing there, she pulls out the sub, and asked what I want on it. I stated I wanted provolone or mozzarella. She gets huffy. Not once, but twice she tried to check me like I didn't tell her exactly what I wanted. She said with an attitude "Next time tell me what cheese you want" it took a lot to brush off her attitude, but I did. She has the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. I work with the public myself, and it's not always easy. I'm a very nice person. I even made sure I had cash to tip. She let the steak sit there and that's when she stated next time I should say what I wanted BTW. So, I did walk out and told her to keep it. I've never, and I mean NEVER have walked out of anywhere like that.I do not intend to come back either. Not that I'm there a lot,but it really was not okay. Her attitude was not okay. I don't wish for people to lose their jobs, but she has absolutely no business working there. In Monroeville, there are a lot of places to work. If she's unhappy, go.He'll, I'm not even a karen & i genuinely want to talk to corporate. Other than that employee, I'd give them 5 stars. My money doesn't say subway on William Penn highway. It can go anywhere. If I acted like that at my job, I wouldn't be working there even after 11 years. Working with the public is hard. You never know what someone is dealing with. Kindness goes a long way. So does accountability.

didn’t listen to us.two very rude woman refusing to let us use the coupons will never go there again i suggest you don’t either
