  I’ve used this FedEx Office location for many printing projects over the years and have generally had good experiences. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was frustrating enough that I ultimately decided to use another printing service. I was looking for information about custom printing options and specifically needed to understand which products could be ordered online versus which needed to be handled in-store. I contacted both the 1-800 number and online chat and was directed to visit a store. When I went to the store, I was then told that I needed to place the order online. The bigger issue wasn’t simply being redirected—it was that no one seemed to have a clear answer. Even after I explained the situation several times and showed the information I had already been given, the manager seemed more focused on quickly answering the question than understanding the problem and helping me find a solution. There appears to be a disconnect between the online/phone customer service team and the stores regarding custom printing products and ordering procedures. Customers shouldn’t have to go back and forth between channels to determine how to place an order. I think more attention needs to be given to consistency in product knowledge and customer service across all channels. In this case, the experience resulted in FedEx Office losing a longtime customer’s printing project to another provider.

  Extremely rude staff who can't answer questions fully. Due to lack of incompetence I'll never return to this location or any other FedEx again.

  Customer service was excellent. Clerk was very friendly and extremely helpful, she ent the extra mile to meet my printing needs.

  Employee who waited on me was rude. She smirked and acted as though it was an extreme inconvenience to do her job. She wasn't busy at all except for being on her cell phone. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

  Everytime I go into this location, they are always so nice and EXTREMELY helpful! They exhibit excellent customer service, especially for those of us who don't understand the self-service printing and scanning stuff.
