I think this evening is a great lesson in Karma when giving out poor service. Dear General Management of this location: 30 minutes before close- 730-738, you will find your staff closed half an hour early and then left a gentleman at your door, less than a minute after locking it. Standing in the rain, after telling him that they couldn't open the door due to policy stating that consumers cant be in the store when a drawer is being counted down, and then promised him they'd look into a headlight for my car. After a few minutes of being left in the rain, we took our business down the street Minus this being bogus and the staff being lazy, you missed out on a sale. Where's the karma? Well, I do hope the owner finds their blue car dries out easily- your window was down during the ENTIRE storm. Enjoy your evening.

I was sent in to pick up a part and was helped by Jay. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He even spoke with my boyfriend briefly on the phone to make sure he had an understanding of the repair that he was doing and also shared some tips. His kindness and willingness to help definitely left a lasting impression.

Went to Monday car cruise in Monroeville. One rusty pickup. Waste of time.
