  I grow frustrated stopping here anymore - I place an online order to save money, but when I arrive my order is almost always canceled because the item was "out of stock". The last time I went my order wasn't a specific car part, but rather an off the shelf oil additive. It got canceled. I walked to the shelf found it immediately - went to the front and said I'd like the online order to be fulfilled. They couldn't undo the canceled online order. So, I tried to place an online order again - turns out my rewards I applied to the order did not get refunded. So, I ended up having to pay full price. This store just feels like its poorly stocked, and the service always seem super slow despite the store being basically empty. I would recommend just going down the street to NAPA. They are much more responsive, and always eager to help compared to this store.

  Watch what you buy here. Thell sell you the wrong stuff and change you more for the right stuff. You’d think the customer service would cut you some slack. Double triple check everything you buy because these people don’t know what they are looking at. Terrible. Went back and got the right rotors and brought my break pads In so they could make sure they got the correct ones and they confirmed that they were the right ones, only to take my tire off for a second time and have the wrong parts AGAIN. These people are so dense I don’t understand how all they have to do is type what car I have into their computer and grab the right stuff and they STILL mess that up. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Was Able to receive the item I needed on the website I looked up an also it was available after I showed up with willing an able clerks with knowledge and experience to get it all cleared out an completed.
