  I was so impressed with Cheryl this morning. We took a box in which was so large that it would have cost $123 to ship. She encouraged us to cut the box down to half the size, as long as the contents would allow. She kindly assisted us in doing that and sealed it up. We ended up paying $60 instead of $123. She took her time with us and was very professional and helpful. You should give her a raise!!

  I’m writing today to give excellence to a man named Andrew. I had two returns to take here from Amazon and I ended up needing to call Amazon. Long story short, the Amazon CSR lady was giving me hoops to jump through for 45 minutes and right before I was getting ready to hang up with what I thought was the correct return store and that’s when Andrew jumped in and saved the day and got things straight writhing seconds. I still don’t know how he did it! Also, as I was leaving the store talking about how I’m going to give that store an amazing review, and a customer standing in line named Cathy asked me include her in thanking Andrew because apparently he’s helped her in a big way too! Great employees=Happy Customers!

  I mainly use this store for Amazon returns but they have always been happy to help, quick and extremely personable when needing anything additional or help. They have also added another Amazon return kiosk which is extremely helpful.
