  Over the last few years their taste had went down. And their prices has increase. I hate that the deals they offer can only be done through the app.

  Clean store, but that's about it. Had to argue with them on how to make wrap. Ordered a meatball wrap, only put 4 meatballs on. Told the guy making it it's supposed to have 8, the other girl said no, only 4. Told her every other store does 8, and it's supposed to have it (even according to Subways website), and she said, that may be how they do it, but we do 4. Told them never mind, and she begrudgingly told him just put them on. Got my wife and mines wraps, could even tear them because they couldn't even cut them all the way through, asked for a plastic knife, and they didn't have any, so had to have the guy try to re-cut it again, which was kinda comical to watch him struggle to figure out how to cut a wrap all the way through.
