  I’ve worked with Kim Reuss from Brumbaugh Allstate Insurance Agency for years and she regularly reviews my coverage with me to make sure I’m protected and find me any discounts that I might be eligible for. I highly recommend her. She Will honestly tell you if she can save you money.

  They're the worst. They're completely unethical and irresponsible. I have a full coverage policy, or rather, I had one, because I'm not going to keep paying them for doing nothing. I had an accident with my vehicle And they took it To a place that, besides being far away, I didn't know about. And they rejected my claim because, according to them, it was a "mechanical failure," and despite everything that had happened, they told me I had to pay the place where They have my vehicle for the time it was there, a total of $2000

  The worst insurance company - or rather, the worst insurance agency - in Pennsylvania. My son have full coverage, yet they refused to take responsibility for the damage to my car; even worse, they won't even release the vehicle to me because they refuse to pay Copart or the tow truck company to have it delivered to my home. Terrible customer service; they are neither responsible nor ethical. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone; I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. SON MALICIOSOS... SU MEJOR TRABAJO ES NO SER RESPONSABLE Y NO PAGAR... HUYE DE ESTA AGENCIA... BUSCA OTRO SEGURO...

  Sadly one of the worst insurance experiences of my life. Failed to cancel my old policy she handled resulting in a double payment of nearly $4k cause my an escrow shortage I had to pay out of pocket. after 3 months of lies and not returning calls or emails I’ve been forced to file a complaint with the state pending further resolution I’ve documented all phone calls and emails

  I recently decided to wake up and shop my car and home owner's insurance for the first time in a long time and, wow. Jill came in with the best quotes, listened to me, and truly tried to customize the best coverage at the best price for me and my family. I could not be more grateful for her assistance and will refer folks to her every time someone inevitably complains to me about the cost of insurance. I just felt as if she genuinely cared about doing right by me and that is hard to find these days. She even mentioned potentially sponsoring our kids' sports, events, etc. Thanks Jill! I wish more people took this approach to business. Keep up the good work!
