  There is only 2 employees working you have to sit here and wait for hours and then they won’t even let u use the restroom when we were allowed to the last time we were here cricket is like the worst I wish I would’ve never switched to them the last 2 months they charged me an extra 20 dollars on my bill because they said my phone was off and it was never once turned off and then when u just come in to pay ur bill and it take over an hour it’s ridiculous I do not recommend using cricket

  Just called the store in Monaca to ask a couple questions. The woman who answered the phone sounded like I was bothering her. Rude.

  I went in with dropped call and service issues and Christine Bruey helped me get everything back on track! I am not sure exactly what she did because I am not technical like that. But it worked! Thanks guys!
