There is only 2 employees working you have to sit here and wait for hours and then they won’t even let u use the restroom when we were allowed to the last time we were here cricket is like the worst I wish I would’ve never switched to them the last 2 months they charged me an extra 20 dollars on my bill because they said my phone was off and it was never once turned off and then when u just come in to pay ur bill and it take over an hour it’s ridiculous I do not recommend using cricket
John ( success) is an extraordinary customer service representative ,was very knowledgeable and fair! I recommend anyone who comes to this location to ask for John! John needs employee of the year and a raise! John is and outstanding assets to the company.

Stopped in to discuss a problem with my phone (approx. 5 yrs.old). After going over things with Anish, decided to get a new phone. Anish was attentive, personable, knowledgeable. The experience was less painful than expected. Thank you.

I have not had problems with Cricket until now. I had to wait to pay my phone bill. Trying to use my old phone for a different carrier my pin was not what it should be. I didn't authorize changes. I went to pay my Cricket bill and the lady asked for my pin and said I can't pay without it. But the same lady told me a few weeks prior I have to pay to have my phone activated to get the text for a new pin.
Done with Cricket.
