  I had my first disappointing experience there recently. I needed 2 colored copies printed from a thumb drive and I was given prompt attention. I asked the lady how much would 2 one-sided copies be and she said 69 cents each. No problem. Until she rung me up. The total was over $4 and when I asked what happened with the other quote. She claimed that they charge for "computer time" but there were no signs and there was no clarification from her before we started. I encouraged her to make a sign or explain it better but that constructive criticism didn't seem to hit its mark. I will only go back if I need official business with UPS.

  Ups in Cumberland parkway was amazing. They were very helpful, kind, they did there job very well check everything. Thankful for the lady and man that help us. She was very kind on phone while talking to my husband and was very helpful while in store. Thank you

  Stopped in yesterday , July 27, to ship two packages. They were very busy and to their credit had three people helping . As soon as I was called to the counter the person helping me left to help another clerk, one clerk was participating in “small talk” with a customer as the line grew. There just wasn’t a sense of urgency. I’m all for friendly service but when lines are long and growing, keep to the business and keep the line moving. I left with my packages and will be using another package delivery service. By the time I walked out, the line was by the door.
