Bad business practices. Saw their offer for the IPhone 16e online… 79.99 when you switch. Called in to confirm they have the device and spoke to the store manager, he said the device at his location is $180 and that it’s still a deal because the phone retails at $700(inaccurate). Forcing customers to purchase additional services and products is not a good way to get people in the door

Staff member in there wasnt helpful. The person wasnt sure if a number that originated at cricket would be eligible for a promotion as a returning customer. Whether the number originated at xfinity mobile or cricket im not sure why that would matter

Angel was there a customer service representative and he was very quick and knowledgeable. He had our entire transaction done of adding two new lines to our account and under 20 minutes. Highly recommend

Jose, the store manager, is amazing! We had to move some lines, add new ones, new phones, all at the end of a long day, but he was so kind and patient. My boys love their new phones, and he helped me switch over to my new phone. I highly recommend Cricket and this store location.
