  A guy named will was helping me find a couple oil and filter and other stuff.he had a really good attitude and really nice and knows his stuff about cars that's why it's a 2 star now onto why it should be a 1 star the next day some grumpy old man named Todd was very rude also was rude to his employees very odd experience walking into that had to walk right back out. Very odd and disrespect full now it’s a 1 cuz the owner thinks I got the wrong store funny

  Third visit, same experience. The staff are extremely rude, and I felt clear racial bias in the way I was treated. The white guy with the very heavy voice was especially disrespectful and unprofessional. I won't be returning. Shame on you guys

  I unfortunately locked my car with my keys inside and was in a panic. Luckily, this store was five minutes away to walk to, and I was Helped out by Dylan and he was kind enough to walk with me to where my car was and unlock my car for me. He went out of his way and was above and beyond. My service was exceptional!

  I had an amazing experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to Jamey. He went above and beyond helping us with our issue, and he was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. I’m also pretty sure he got a good laugh seeing all the pink décor in my Chevy and he was a great sport about it. I highly recommend coming here for any parts you need and for the free services they offer. Jamey made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, and we’ll definitely be back because of him.
