  I don't write many reviews, but this one is absolutely deserved. Josh went above and beyond anything I expected. In a world where great customer service seems harder and harder to find, he reminded me that there are still people who genuinely care about helping others. He was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind from start to finish. He turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience, and that's something I won't forget. It's people like Josh who earn customers for life and make people want to come back. Advance Auto Parts is lucky to have him.   Amazing staff here at this store, my and my bf were having problems with our car and Josh and two other guys that worked there also helped us so much. They gave us advice on what to do to fix the misfire in the engine and we did it and now the cars running awesome. Thank you Josh and the older gentleman who talked to us and the younger man who helped us find our parts! From your local jerimiah and Petra🙏

  These guys seriously saved my butt today, July 4th, as the battery in my car died at Giant and couldn't be jumped. They were patient with me while I got the money together to buy the new battery and Brian drove me back to my car since it was incredibly hot outside and replaced it for me real quick. 5/5 trip, I'll definitely be stopping in again if I ever need anything in the future. Update: Had another 5/5 trip today on July 25th. I had to top up my car's oil and needed a funnel as well as some advice for how to get the cap off because I couldn't make it budge even a little. One of the guys showed me a quick and easy trick to get more leverage which helped me out a bunch.
