  Ordered my subs online asked for double protein left instructions for it to be a different meat on the sub didn't get the different meat didn't even get the extra protein. There is no excuse for this the were no customers there when I ordered yes I ordered online from the parking lot. Do better subway employees this is the second time in 2 weeks at 2 different stores this has happened.

  I waited 7 mins I thought they was busy in the back all along they was outside came in rude,zero personality then sloped the food together 0/10

  I ordered delivery through the app and didn’t receive an item, one wasn’t toasted when I ask for it to be toasted and when I called the delivery driver AND the store to see if anyone could help me my calls were ignored or answered and immediately hung up on.

  Updated review as of October 22. Things have gotten better since the rude manager left. Tiara is a really great worker, she's friendly and proud. The outside, due to just being a bad and worn down area, is still falling apart. I've really changed my opinion on this subway all thanks to a manager change. Definitely much better than it used to be and I'm glad for it
