Ordered my subs online asked for double protein left instructions for it to be a different meat on the sub didn't get the different meat didn't even get the extra protein. There is no excuse for this the were no customers there when I ordered yes I ordered online from the parking lot. Do better subway employees this is the second time in 2 weeks at 2 different stores this has happened.

I ordered delivery through the app and didn’t receive an item, one wasn’t toasted when I ask for it to be toasted and when I called the delivery driver AND the store to see if anyone could help me my calls were ignored or answered and immediately hung up on.

We went in on Sunday Aug the 4th to get 4 foot long subs at 2pm. There was no sliced onions, cucumbers or shredded lettuce. When asking the guy to cut up more he said no!!! Also when toasting 2 of the subs when the buzzer went off he left them in while he made the 2 other subs. The toasted ones were so hard!!!
