  I’ve been coming to this Subway location since I was a teenager, and now in my late 30s, I can honestly say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had here—so bad I walked out without food. I came in around 7:30–8:00 PM, and the older gentleman working (who appears to be new) was shockingly aggressive, rude, and completely unprofessional. He was slamming items around—including my sandwich—and acting hostile the entire time. When I calmly asked if everything was okay, he snapped back saying no one else had a problem with his attitude and told me I could “get out and not come back.” I stayed respectful despite his passive-aggressive behavior, but once it became too much, I told him I no longer wanted the sandwich. That’s when things escalated even further—he threatened to call the police simply because I refused the order, then yelled “BYE, GET OUT, AND DO NOT COME BACK.” To make matters worse, the store was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen it. It’s clear this location is under new ownership, and unfortunately, the quality—both in customer service and cleanliness—has completely declined. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Save your time and go somewhere else.

  Their phone keeps cutting off all of the time when I call these employees who act like jerks or always in a miserable mood majority of the time. Their computers and OCR scanner keeps breaking down. The manager, younger than me, talks to me me, as though as, he was my Army Drill Sergeant and as though that I was his Private in Army Boot Camp. But the food is not too bad anyways. I never served in the US Military, but had two brothers ( One Army Staff Sergeant and one Marine Sergeant)
