  Did not put any of the sauces i requested on my sub leaving it completely bland. There seems to be no customer support which i would’ve loved to contact to find a resolution. Very dissapointing

  I visit this location a few times a month and service is good and staff friendly. Restaurant always looks neat and clean. A few months back due to staffing they were closing earlier than posted hours. For me it wasn't a big deal as I live close. My only issue on my last few visits have been the lack of product (meat or tuna) being placed on the sandwich. This was never a problem in the past as they made the sub with a generous amount of meat or tuna. It seems to be a lot of bread and veggies now. I find myself adding extra when I get home (defeats the purpose of ordering out ) to make it a better sub. It may be due to the same person working on these visits but was never a issue before. I may make the drive to the Imperial location as I have gotten good, generously made subs in the past.
