  This is actually a zero star rating not a one star. This place has gone so far down hill since the new owners. I used to be a regular here, where the former employees would see me and start making my order before I walked in the door.. they were great, wished they come back!! The new owners and new employees have no idea what they are doing. The one employee tried to force me to have my sandwich made to company standards when I don’t like some of the toppings. Argued with me that she couldn’t do my sub how I wanted it because it’s not how’s it supposed to be made. This is how I have gotten my sub made the past like 17 years. I didn’t want my sub toasted and she even argued with me about warming the chicken teriyaki meat.. I want to eat a warm sub but I don’t like my bread to be hard and toasted. I doubt I’ll ever visit this restaurant again. I’ve given them multiple chances since the new owners and every time I have been 100% dissatisfied. I placed a $60 online order recently and had issues with it. Was told I had to go online to report an issue. Did that, then got an email stating “your issue was resolved”. It wasn’t. I didn’t even get to talk to anyone or explain the issue. Called and explained the issue to the store employee who told me she couldn’t do anything. The new owners live out of state and basically to suck it up and deal with what I was given because she made the food to company standards. Idgaf about company standards if I’m paying you to make my food i expect my food to be made how I ordered it.

  The manager doesn't train the employees and makes fun of them for not being able to do the job this facilities failings are due to the managers negligence he's making a subway look bad and he should be fired also the place is filthy and has bugs
