As soon as I entered the building, at around 6:20pm, I am welcomed with disinterest on the faces of the employees and what sounded like the end of an "oh god" remark, where I replied with "oh, sorry, are you guys closed? I can go somewhere else, no problem". The woman at the counter said, "Yes, we're open until 9, but if (enter derogatory name) hadn't left us the way she did things would have been better." She continued working my request, while displaying the worst professionalism I have seen in my 40 years; continuing her rant about her previous co-workers treatment of her while not picking up any hint on how it was affecting the room. The male co-worker had a look of shock, while she continued to have a very poor attitude, was half-heartedly tossing my ingredients together and cross-contaminating the just-toasted ingredients with the vegetables, and with careless recognition, pushing off my statement of "Do you usually talk about co-workers and have this attitude in front of your customers? Do you even notice how uncomfortable of a work environment it is making for your co-worker?", as if it was something she wasnt interested in noticing.
I got the foot-long chicken bacon ranch, double meat, chips, and a large drink...$23, AFTER military veterans discount. Not worth it, folks.
