  Mark provided outstanding customer service during my recent visit to this UPS location. I came in a bit frustrated, but Mark stayed calm, patient, and focused on solving the problem rather than just processing the transaction. He listened carefully, walked me through my options, and made sure I left with the exact solution I needed. It’s rare to encounter someone who handles a stressful situation with that much professionalism and genuine care. Mark clearly takes pride in his work, and this location is lucky to have him. Highly recommend asking for him if you need help!

  I was on vacation and I had my friend ship my dog's medicine to me, shipping from this store to Tennessee. Cost $66 for 2 day shipping but the tracking information showed it wouldn't get there until we left for home, so really it took a day longer than it was supposed to! So I expected a refund and I was told by UPS central # that I should contact my local store (Levittown) for the refund. They refused to give me a refund!!! I paid $66 for nothing!!! Never again will I ship anything via UPS!!

  The UPS Store on New Falls Road is a very good location Close to home for me. The services are endless for this type of establishment. The staff is so friendly that they make you feel like a friend 🧡.
