  Ron has to be the worst employee I have ever came across in my life. He disrespected me multiple times with weird comments. I will not be returning to this cricket until he is gone. I urge all females to do the same. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from him.

  I have been a customer of this specific cricket store for at least about a dozen years, just because of the top tier customer service that Ron provides every single time I have visited the store. If you say that you've found a better mobile sales and service representative in Lower Bucks County, then I'd have to question your sanity. 😁👍

  I wish i could post a 0 star rating. This was the worst in-store experience I've ever had. The employee was a guy in his late 30s or early 40s. He had zero interest at all in helping me solve my problem. Which wasn't anything crazy. I needed help activating a prepaid phone. Thats it. The second i said this he just said "sorry i cant do anything" and "idk what to tell you". He kept saying to call the 1800 number. Which I explained I had done multiple times and couldn't reach an actual human being. Now he didnt offer any assistance at all and basically shoved me off and rushed back out the door. Had he just apologized and offered any kind of suggestion other then "call the number". He was also extremely condescending. He kept asking if I had another phine to use and to try calling off my phone. Like it doesn't go to the exact same place. IDK if this guy is the manager, owner or just an associate. If I were you Cricket I'd either have a talk or replace this person because I now have 0 interest in this service and will be changing after this month. This probably explains why the store was empty.
