    I was returning two packages from Fashion Nova at this location today around 1:30pm. As the employee started to scan my return label and place it on the package, she noticed the package was opened as I did not have any tape. She told me that the packages had to be taped shut when dropping off packages to UPS. Helpful information as I wasn’t aware but ok. She went to scan the next package and says, “this one should be taped too”, next time I will charge you a dollar for tape”. I just found her to be very rude and she was annoyed that she had to apply a piece of tape to the packages. I just feel that was so uncalled for. I won’t be returning.

    The first instance, my 20 year old Daughter made a passport photo appointment and was turned away for someone not being scheduled. Unfortunately, that is a UPSSTORE issue. If there is no employee scheduled why is there appointment times available? Then the bigger issue. I visited May 2,2026 for 4 passport photos. Got them done and made my appointment to finish out the passport with a passport state employee. I handed them my $76.28 worth of photos to be told they are not positioned correctly, the wrong size and we needed new ones. She took them right there at the Manheim Public Library and paid again. Sunday May 24 I stopped by the UPS STORE location I had the photos done. I asked for a refund. The lady at the counter said there is no manger, and she felt the photos were fine. I explained again, I would like to speak to a manager because we were told by the state passport lady that the photos were not correctly sized or correctly done. After 10 minutes of me continuing to ask for a manager the employee called Michele (I think that is the manager name on the phone). She said fine, its you think its done right just give the customer the refund. I thanked them. Stood there, employee went back on the phone, took it off speaker and continued to tell the manager she didn't think refund was needed. I asked again for the employee to give me the refund. She refused. Then put the manager on speaker again and still no refund. So, here it is. I still paid $76.28 2 times for ONE CORRECT item and no refund after being told it was okay. As a customer, I am completely disgusted in the way I was treated. I said I was getting in touch with corporate and the employee chuckled. Absolutely, not acceptable.

    Terrible customer service at this location! AMAZON RETURNERS BEWARE. I have had to bring Amazon returns here on a few occasions (when sadly Staples, Kohls, etc., were not given as options) and every time it has been an unnecessarily negative experience. It was like they were trying to find ways to make it difficult and to reject my Amazon return. Know that you need to bring your own tape (which is fine, but I've been to other UPS stores where they will give you five cents worth of tape, and here they make you feel like a huge imposition that you could possibly ask for tape). Also I have been told at least three different reasons that the box I wanted to use to return something in was somehow "wrong" or "unshippable" despite being the exact box that an item was already shipped to me from Amazon. With all of the above, I can understand there are shipping rules and if the staff here were friendly and on my team about helping me navigate getting my item shipped/returned in the "correct" manner (like I have experienced at other UPS locations) I likely would not be writing this review. Each of my trips to this store though, it has felt like a battle trying to actually get my item shipped.

    Absolutely abysmal. Came to this location at 8:00am today because we urgently needed an overnight delivery. The girl with the pink Starbucks drink that opened the store was extremely rude, snarky, unpleasant. She kept snapping at me for every little thing. We believe she tried to upcharge us because the website said overnight shipping would be $60 but she came out with $190.25 which is absolutely insane. She threw her hands up at us while I was on the phone with my father to see what he wanted to do and she kept making snarky and rude comments the entire time. Before my father had decided what he wanted to do she said and I quote: "You're done here, you can leave now." I do not know her name but this woman should be fired if this is how she treats any customers at all. Absolutely abysmal and appalling that she still works there with her attitude. She has dark hair and this morning she had a pink Starbucks drink. So very rude and disrespectful, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever went through. Do not come to this location if you wanted to be treated with kindness and respect, and stay far away from this woman if you wanted to be treated like a human.
