  I believe Michele demonstrated exceptional professionalism and customer service throughout my visit. She assisted me with completing my fingerprinting, which was not an easy process, while also being the only employee available to assist multiple clients at once. During my visit, she also had to manage a difficult and belligerent customer who was creating an unnecessary issue in the store. Despite the situation, Michele remained calm, respectful, and professional while continuing to assist everyone else. I really wanted to recognize Michele for the way she handled everything. Her patience, professionalism, and commitment to providing great customer service were very much appreciated.

  Been here twice 4 months between each visit. Both times their QR code scanner for Amazon returns was "down". Have not experienced that issue a single time at any other of the numerous ups stores I've done returns at, let alone twice... First time I was here the line was 7 people long and had to wait 10 minutes before they told me and the other people in line that we'd have to come back because the scanner wasn't working. Not acceptable or professional

  I receive exceptional notary service every time I visit. It feels personal, even in such a fast paced, business environment.
