Employees often don't change their gloves between handling money and making food unless you specifically ask them to do so. Food prep is not sanitary, and the employees are not nice. To echo other reviews, we've also experienced the door being locked on us when the location was supposed to be open for another 30 minutes.

Tonight, Thursday April 23 at 4pm, I had the worst encounter with a Subway server. She stood behind the girl doing my check out with a red magic marker pressed against the girl's neck making a red dot. I told them both doing that was very inappropriate. They had been laughing back & forth while I was trying to order. The short haired girl did the marker thing & the long haired girl took a while to do my order even after the timer rang for my toasted sandwich. I told them I'm going to let the manager know what is going on in their store. The short haired girl told me "Good luck with that because the manager is my Mother." I will reach out to Subway leadership about this.

One star because I had to. Made an online purchase. Went to pick it up and noticed that there was only one of the 2 Pepsi bottles with my order at the pick up station. I let the girls know and they looked at the receipt and grabbed another for me. I left and drove home. Unpacked the order. Missing 2 cookies that were ordered. 1 footlong garlic steak sub and 1 6 inch garlic steak sub containing nothing but bread, mayo, green peppers on both. THAT WAS ALL. 1 6 inch spicy Italian with nothing on it but Italian mayonnaise, bread, and lettuce. THAT WAS ALL. No meat, no cheese, nothing else. How in earth do you mess up on an order that bad. Try to call, you get a message saying that the person that you are trying to reach doesn't have a mailbox set up. They leave the phone off the hook or just don't answer. FINALLY get through and they tell me that should have never happened and to call the manager on Monday. Call the manager and she said. Well I can talk to the employees, but because you didn't take pictures there's nothing I can do about it. Check your orders before you leave or if you are ordering door dash and uber folks. Good luck getting any refund for their mistakes!
