  I came in today and was blown away at how helpful, knowledgeable, resourceful and KIND Dakota was. He went above what I would have expected in service! Made my experience there a great one! Thank you Dakota!!! You rock.

  I frequently visit this UPS store to do returns and I have always had a great experience. Everyone who works there has consistently been kind, friendly and helpful. The process is always quick and easy!

  Literally just walked in with a box to be returned in a prepaid shipping label. I was told that UPS isn’t responsible and because of that the guy behind the counter wouldn’t give me a single strip of tape to seal this box. Instead, he directed me to the wall where I could spend five dollars to buy a roll tape instead of giving me maybe 12 inches of packing tape just to seal the top of this box. I’ve been a UPS stores, FedEx stores all kinds of stores that do shipping and never has anyone ever refused to give me a strip or two of tape to seal a box but instead directed me to just go buy it off their wall. I don’t know if that guy just made the call behind the counter, and if he did that’s a jerk move- Or if it’s truly a policy that they can’t give customers a strip or two of tape, but if it is, it’s a horrible one. Annoying enough to even write this review. I will never be back to this location.
