  I do believe the two employees here (hats say Amy and Age) really hate their jobs, they are not friendly, and talk at you like your an inconvenience to them. I think I would have had a less depressing interaction if Eeyore the depressed donkey was assisting me

  Literally stood in line at 11:20am today. The girl at the counter was so busy talking to 2 guy friends she didnt even notice me. When i finally got her attention she kept staring at them and had me repeat myself 4 times. When she had to ask what sandwich i wanted the 4th time because she was to busy staring at them, i walked away. Horrible service.

  The employee was clueless took 10 min just to slice the bread , after 30 min left with nothing went to another subway .

  The bigger woman working was very rude. She talked AT me and I asked for a water cup, she charged me and gave me a big cup instead so I got a dr. Pepper since I paid for it. No big deal. She caused a scene and proceeded to scream at me in front of customers that I wasn’t getting a water. Very unsatisfied. Won’t be back

  I purchased a Italian protein wrap. The young lady that served me was not friendly and you could barely hear her speak. I asked if I could substitute the Lettuce for spinach and was willing to pay an upcharge. She barked out no we don't substitute. I will not be visiting there again. Unfortunately, I have heard similar stories but wanted to check it out for myself as I usually don't listen to hear say.
