  Terrible experience here!!! Can’t believe the manager would be so rude. Had a flat tire 5 mins away from the shop and came in because I need the right tool to remove the lug nuts. Asked if they were able to look up the make and model of the car to find the right size. He said it wasn’t possible. Ok fine. I was more than willing to buy a set or a couple of sizes to try. I asked if they had some bigger tire irons because the one I had was too small. He pointed to a random aisle and said “should be over there” kinda was hoping for a little more help like walk me over to the items so I know I m getting the right thing. Found it myself got the tire irons but I know there are automatic impact drills that could make the process easier. Asked him about those and he said you need to know the size of the nuts and they’re expensive. Again since I just wanted to get the issue resolved I was more than willing to spend money to get the issue fixed. But he was pretty dismissive the whole time. I told him I knew the nuts were between 21mm and 23mm because the tool we did have was just a little too small and was 20mm. I asked him can he point me to the 21mm socket wrench attachments. Again points to a random wall with all sorts of parts. I walk over thinking he would follow but he stayed behind the counter with his co- worker. I ask “he where exactly is the part because I can’t find it” he said it’s somewhere on the left side. I find the item myself and extremely frustrated at this point. Not sure why he was being so condescending. He also made sure to mention there were no returns for purchases assuming I can’t afford this stuff. I was done at that point. Drove to Auto Zone where they not only help me find the right size but also gave me a loaned socket wrench (I still bought the set of attachments) and was really understanding. Never go to Advance. Just bitter old men there.

  Just wanna talk about the exceptional customer service that was given to me this evening by young man by the name of Theo. I was just in to purchase two bulbs for my tail lights and Theo, whose hand is broken; was more than helpful this evening! Super polite, professional, and volunteered to help me install my two bulbs(With a fractured hand)! Thank you so much, Theo! Best of luck in your career as a technician and get better soon!

  Went in there for front brakes and items for an oil change. Walked in the door and immediately was greeted by Jake and Eddie! When I say Jake went above and beyond without trying to sell me stuff that wasn’t necessary it was INSANE. Eddie was also giving recommendations of good auto mechanic garages in the area to try to get quality work done. The amount of respect and care I got was absolutely the reason I will keep coming back to this location ONLY! Honestly they both deserve raises and commendations for the work they do and just simply for the people they are! Best experience hands down! Thank you so much ❤️

  Fmr mechanic & store manager Jacob must be the best auto parts store manager in this ZIP code. ID'd the issue with my tire in 5 seconds, knew what I needed to do/get to fix it, took care of one tire himself in the parking lot, and showed me how to do the others. Done fast, done right and explained well.
