  I had a wonderful experience at UPS. I was sending three beach bags filled with gifts and goodies, and the employees were incredibly kind, friendly, and personable throughout the entire process. What stood out most was the extra care they took to ensure both the forwarding and receiving addresses were correct. They were patient, thorough, and took the time to answer my questions, which gave me peace of mind knowing everything would arrive where it needed to go. Excellent customer service can be hard to find, and this team truly went above and beyond. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made what could have been a stressful errand a very pleasant experience. Thank you for making me feel valued as a customer!

  Locations like this really make it easy to decide who to ship with. I'm in there a decent amount every week and its always fast, easy and the employees are great! If you're making a stop at a UPS store, make sure its this one!

  This UPS store specifically was a great experience today. Greeting as soon as I walked in by a friendly associate, and helped very quickly with a smile on her face.
