Today, Andrew was very helpful with my printing project and explained different paper options. Also asked if I had AAA membership to give me a discount. Highly recommend.

- GSG SMay 31, 20265.0UPS STORE #1005 I went in there to do a return for Amazon. I was not sure how to process the return and Andrew Gordon is the young man who helped me. He walked me through the whole process and was kind and helpful and showed me everything step by step. He was friendly, helpful and did not mind the fact that I did not know how to process the return or the fact that it took a few minutes to process the return. Andrew gave me so many hints on how to process the return that I would be able to do it on my own. But if need be I know I would want someone just like Andrew to help me if he wasn't available. Andrew, thank you for your help. You truly are meant to be in customer service. You represent what customer service is all about.

They always work fast and greet me and have never given me any issues! I’ve returned and even used them to print on envelopes for sending out bridal shower invites and the managers were excellent and timely 11/10 !!
- CDChristian DanielMay 9, 20262.0If you were using this to ship an auction item, they are more expensive than the outrageous charge that LiveAuctioneers charges! To have a Framed item measuring about 19“ x 19“ cost almost $140 to go from Pennsylvania To North Carolina. Putting in the weight and dimensions of the box on the UPS store had the shipping at $42, they charged $86. They are also almost doubling the insurance charge per hundred dollars. Just be aware.
