  This UPS store has great customer service - friendly, fast, efficient, & knowledgable. I go here for my shipping and printing needs. Today, Andrew was very helpful with my printing project and explained different paper options. Also asked if I had AAA membership to give me a discount. Highly recommend.

  UPS STORE #1005 I went in there to do a return for Amazon. I was not sure how to process the return and Andrew Gordon is the young man who helped me. He walked me through the whole process and was kind and helpful and showed me everything step by step. He was friendly, helpful and did not mind the fact that I did not know how to process the return or the fact that it took a few minutes to process the return. Andrew gave me so many hints on how to process the return that I would be able to do it on my own. But if need be I know I would want someone just like Andrew to help me if he wasn't available. Andrew, thank you for your help. You truly are meant to be in customer service. You represent what customer service is all about.
