Very rude guy never respects nobody if you go over there you think that you're going to jailer he acts as a police officer and he commands you to do everything. He never does his job. He is the worst human human being ever.

I dont know who is worse the franchise owner or his rude employee. Looking at all the bad reviews on here, there is a serious problem with management. He needs to re-train his employee regarding customer service and the printing software they are using.
If there is a charge that is going to be made you should inform the customer what the charge is going to be and then ask the customer if they are ok with the charge.
Then you proceed with the order from there. This will help with customer satisfaction.
You do not stand behind your employee if they clearly need to be re-trained and you surely should refund the customer just for good business practices.
I also will be sending a letter to the Better Business Bureau and a formal complaint to the Corporate UPS Office to have this particular franchise on record for not refunding customers.
