  I guess I should have further specified but when I said lite I didn’t want half the bottle emptied onto my sub and now it’s inedible.

  I have ordered from here three times and bed experience with the quality of the food. This time I had it delivered, and there was hair in the food and quality of The sandwich was mushy and soggy. I haven’t had any issues with other subways in Lancaster in the past like I did here unfortunately

  I ordered a foot long club and it was $20, which is crazy. I asked for extra cheese, which cost $4….again, crazy. I actually like Subway, but this time I got the worst sub. The bread was literally raw. This is the only location that this ever happened. Won’t be back.

  Was waiting buy a sandwich, since the workers were busy I tried to use the restroom, at the very moment one of the workers(a white hispanic guy) let me know that the restrooms were not public, and to get out. I let him know that I was in line waiting to buy (had been waiting for 5 minutes) and he said he didn't know that, and that I would just use the bathroom and walk away. Worst interaction I've ever had with customer service. Do not recommend this place at all. Go to the Chinese place thats right next door instead. Oh, and he also said he'd tase me 😂 Just know, you gotta buy something prior to using the bathroom or you'll get asked not to, get kicked out, threatened, or all the above.
