    Store called and said they were out of bread and it would be a 2-hour wait. I requested cancellation and was told it would be handled. Later I learned the order was neither canceled nor refunded.

    I just wish I would have seen the reviews before I ordered online. How do you mess up a printed list of toppings… for both sandwiches I ordered? They did not have enough toppings or look appetizing so we threw everything away.

    I'm not usually the type to review restaurants but in this case I just simply had to. The woman working by herself (at least from what I could tell) on Teusday April 21st at 3pm needs a raise, promotion, honestly anything to encourage her to keep being a great and genuine person; myself and my girlfriend we're greeted warm heartedly and as she was taking our order she was just so helpful and cordial throughout the entire exchange. Additionally, she made possibly the best Subway Sub I've ever had; which probably isn't saying much but it was just the cherry on top!!! I wish I got her name but her employee # is 7639 and if she sees this I thank you from the bottom of my heart for providing an incredible interaction and I appreciate your greatness!!!

    My family and I were loooking at some dinner ideas and decided on this place. We ordered via the app and my father went to pick it up. When we got home and began eating, I had realized that my sandwhich was the exact same as my father’s, who ordered something completely different from me. Severe lack of communication at that place, and has messed up multiple orders before. -2 stars (angry face)

    Got a double protein footlong chicken bacon ranch through the app. The bread was stale and tasted old. Definitely didn’t get double meat even though I paid the extra $5 for it. Honestly one of the worst subs I’ve had in a while. I usually go to the Subway on New Holland Ave and it’s always been solid, never had a bad experience there. Just moved so this location is closer, but this visit was pretty disappointing.
