  Hello!?! I felt extremely neglected and ignored. Online AND outside the shop hours are 9:30am to 9:30pm, but when I went there doors were locked and I could see people in the back. Get some better workers.

  Went for lunch, both employees were sitting eating lunch when we walked in. First thing out of the one girls mouth was “this is why I don’t sit down”. Felt extremely rushed/pressured the entire time trying to order. Just rude overall they were trying to be nice but you could tell they were upset about interrupting their lunch which understand but you don’t treat people that way.

  Asked franchise owner to change gloves before making a veggie sub. She became confrontational. I became uncomfortable and started walking out. Was told to “Don’t bother coming back.”

  Store called and said they were out of bread and it would be a 2-hour wait. I requested cancellation and was told it would be handled. Later I learned the order was neither canceled nor refunded.

  I just wish I would have seen the reviews before I ordered online. How do you mess up a printed list of toppings… for both sandwiches I ordered? They did not have enough toppings or look appetizing so we threw everything away.
