  Fedaex Delivery Drivers Failed to Deliver my package for the last 48 hours! On the second day their driver delivered me someone else's package but 2 hours later picked up their mistake and delivered that person's package to them in a matter of minutes. Yet FedEx still haven't delivered my package to me for what's going to be day 3! Whomever the shipping supervisor is has proven to be inept and negligible in their duties and should be terminated post haste! Hire a more competent individual. I am highly disgusted and disappointed with FedEx! Terrible, terrible service!

  Was told to go to another location because they were better equipped to deal with shipping certain items, I figured the ship center would be the best place to go to for that guess I was wrong

  The site looks like hell. Areas of the parking lot are dug up and look like they have been for a while. The landscape beds are just 2 foot high weeds with some overgrown bushes mixed in. I’m surprised that the owners of the development permit it to look like it does. The customer parking area is on a hill so if you need to use a cart like I did it is a real struggle. Once I got the package inside the employees on duty did nothing to help manage the large box I was shipping. Overall a poor experience.
