I've received excellent costumer service from Cecilia Rodriguez over the years. She always helps me with phone issues as I'm not great at understanding cell phones. She always goes above and beyond for me and is patient and friendly.

“G” was great and fixed my plan for me! He explained what the problems were with my plan and bill. He even talked to customer service to help me explain my billing problem which was quickly fixed. All of this after going to another store location where things were messed up and not explained to me, then when I went back to get it fixed no one was even there to open that store! Thanks so much “G”
