  I had an amazing experience at the Cricket Wireless store on Columbia Avenue! Nola and Alea were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. I walked in without plans to get a new phone, but with their guidance, I ended up with an iPhone 16e!, and I couldn’t be happier. Their customer service was top-notch, and I highly recommend visiting this location for any phone needs!

  Employee was very nice. Since they had just taken over as new management. Yes he got my new phone working. But I had to add apps when I got home and get things more straightened up.

  Friendly people but always out of stock of most phones, their upgrade prices are higher than other cricket retailers, and they keep your old phone; which I found out they're not supposed to keep the old phones.
