  Noe was super knowledgeable! Not only was he able to help me sort out the multiple issues I had coming in when it came to service (canceling a line, replacing a sim in another line, and helped me figure out a previous mess with my husband being placed on a different plan vs mine and the children's family plan), but he also helped me figure out iPhone questions I had, help me feel more secure with setup/ helped me with set up for my daughter's phone when it came to parental controls, and more. Noe also helped this elderly couple side by side with helping me. He was so patient with them and made sure to explain to both the man and his wife what he was doing and would say "ok this is what you NEED to know" so they wouldn't be overwhelmed with all the things that he was doing for them. All they needed to know was X,Y,Z. Noe has the heart of a servant and cares for people from all different walks of life. I never met him before but I will drive an hr to come to that store again if I ever need help again vs. a store closer to me if it means I will be able to be helped by Noe. I feel confident he will be able to help me with any problems or questions and will have the patience and care to explain it until I understand it. 100% recommend Noe!

  I had an amazing experience at the Cricket Wireless store on Columbia Avenue! Nola and Alea were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. I walked in without plans to get a new phone, but with their guidance, I ended up with an iPhone 16e!, and I couldn’t be happier. Their customer service was top-notch, and I highly recommend visiting this location for any phone needs!
